Confidentiality

Employees have a duty to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information and shall not disclose (verbally, written or electronically, whether intentionally or unintentionally) any such information to any person except to authorized RVU employees, or to those designated in writing by an authorized RVU employee to receive such information. Employees have a continuing duty to protect confidential information and to immediately report any security and/or privacy breaches to the appropriate RVU personnel.
