The Tuition Reimbursement Program supports and encourages employee’s ongoing professional development. The program reimburses eligible full-time employees for expenses incurred in pursuit of higher education and professional certifications offered through an accredited institution.
Employees are eligible if they regularly work 30 hours or more per week, have been employed continuously for 12 months, and are in good standing. Eligible employees are encouraged to pursue educational opportunities that are directly relevant to their current roles or will enable continued career growth at RVU.
